Hanover

Hanover, the world’s foremost trade fair venue, has been hosting trade fairs and exhibitions since 1947 and is now home to Europe’s leading exhibition centre. The Hanover Exhibition Centre, or Messehalle, has 27 halls and pavilions covering 498,000m², 58,000m² of outdoor space and the largest pedestrian bridge in Europe. The Deutsch Messe AG, who manage the centre, now host 50 trade fairs and exhibitions there (including more than 11 international trade fairs for the capital goods sector) each year, attracting over 25,000 exhibitors and 2 million visitors to the city.
